Pattaya nightlife is world-famous and it’s fair to say that the city comes alive after dark. The cities renowned Walking Street is packed full with clubs, nightclubs, go-go bars, massage parlours, as well as various other inconspicuous venues which are all lit up with neon lights. Walking Street is at the southern end of Beach Road. Its often easier to walk to the area than use a taxi because the roads at times can get congested.
Every evening Walking Street is made pedestrianised after 6.30pm. A visit to this part of Thailand wouldn’t be complete without experiencing this world famous street – a huge part of the Pattaya nightlife scene. This mile long stretch of what can only be described as well organised chaos in South Pattaya, is unlike any other city in Thailand and lives up to its name as party central on the countries eastern coastline. Officially all the bars and clubs on Walking Street should close at 2 am at the latest, however, you may find the odd venue staying open a little later.
